Order against M/s. First National Securities (India) Ltd.
Dr. T. C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated June 13, 2007, against M/s. First National Securities (India) Ltd., debarring them from accessing the capital market and dealing in securities directly or indirectly for a period of one month in the matter of M/s. Media Video Ltd.
M/s. First National Securities (India) Ltd., has been found guilty of violating the provisions of Code of Conduct as prescribed in Clause A(1) and (2) of Schedule II prescribed under Regulation 7 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub Brokers) Regulations, 1992, by non exercise of due care and diligence in the performance of its activities as a registered intermediary with SEBI.
