Dr. T. C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated June 13, 2007, suspending the certificate of registration of M/s. Emmkay Shares & Stock Brokers Ltd. (SEBI Reg. No. INB050987735), Member of Delhi Stock Exchange for a period of fifteen days with effect from July 04, 2007.
M/s. Emmkay Shares & Stock Brokers Ltd., will not be entitled to carry on the business as a stock broker with effect from July 04, 2007 to July 18, 2007.
