Order against M/s. Victory Financial Services Limited in the matter of
M/s. Information Technologies (India) Limited
Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated June 07, 2007 against M/s. Victory Financial Services Limited, Broker of National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (NSE), in the matter of M/s. Information Technologies (India) Limited, imposing a minor penalty of suspension of certificate of registration (SEBI Regn. No. INB 230903037) for a period of two months.
The order shall come into force immediately on the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
