Order against M/s. Media Investments in the matter of
M/s. Warner Multimedia Limited
Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated May 30, 2007 against M/s. Media Investments, Sub Broker of M/s. Joindre Capital Services Limited, in the matter of M/s. Warner Multimedia Limited imposing a minor penalty of suspension of certificate of registration (SEBI Regn. No. INS010115710) for a period of one month.
The order shall come into force on the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
