Order against the M/s. MOH Ltd. and its Promoters and Directors in the matter of M/s. MOH Ltd.

Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated May 18, 2007 restraining the company M/s. MOH Ltd., its Promoter Shri Manubhai Oghadlal Shah, Promoter and Director Shri Sunil M.Shah and the Directors Shri Chagan Bhai A.Manani, Shri S.Sankaran and Shri B.Palinicker from buying, selling and dealing or accessing the securities market in any manner for a period of two years in the matter of M/s. MOH Ltd.

The above order shall come into force with immediate effect.
