Order in the matter of M/s VBC Ferro Alloys Ltd.
Dr. T.C. Nair, Whole Time Member (WTM), SEBI, has passed an order dated April 25, 2007 vacating the ad interim ex-parte order dated February 10, 2006 against M/s BLB Ltd. and Mr. Vikram Rathi in the matter of M/s VBC Ferro Alloys Ltd. WTM has noted that the investigation has been completed and Adjudication Proceedings have been initiated against BLB Ltd. for committing violations of various regulations.
