Orders against M/s. Shrikant G. Mantri and M/s. First Custodian Fund (India) Ltd. in the matter of Nedungadi Bank Ltd.

Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed two orders dated April 16, 2007 suspending the Certificates of Registration of M/s. Shrikant G. Mantri, Member of Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. (BSE) and M/s. First Custodian Fund (India) Ltd., Member of National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (NSE), for a period of three months each in the matter of Nedungadi Bank Ltd.
 
These orders shall come into force on the expiry of 21 days from the date of the orders.
