Order against M/s. PDC Securities Pvt. Ltd., Member of CSE
Shri G.Anantharaman, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order against M/s. PDC Securities Pvt. Ltd., Member of Calcutta Stock Exchange, on April 05, 2007, in respect of the irregular transactions in the shares of M/s. Globe Stocks and Securities Ltd. imposing a major penalty of suspension of certificate of registration for a period of six months.
The order shall come into force on the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
