Order against M/s. Lexus Shares & Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd.,
Member of CSE
Shri G.Anantharaman, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated March 26, 2007, against M/s. Lexus Shares & Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd., Member of Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Ltd. (CSE) in respect of the irregular transactions in the shares of M/s. Patriot Trading Company Ltd. imposing a major penalty of suspension of certificate of registration for a period of six months.
The order shall come into force immediately on the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
