Order against M/s. Shruti Mohta in the matter of
M/s. Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd.
Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated March 29, 2007, suspending the certificate of registration of M/s. Shruti Mohta, member of Calcutta Stock Exchange, in the matter of M/s. Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd., for a period of seven days.
The order shall come into force on the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
