Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated February 22, 2007 directing that a penalty of �Censure� be imposed on M/s. Narendra S.Tanna (SEBI Regn. No.INS 010828510 and INS 01058128), a sub-broker affiliated to M/s. SKSE Securities Ltd., Member, Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (NSE) and sub-broker to M/s. Hem Securities Ltd., Member, BSE, in the matter of M/s. Spanco Telesystems and Solutions Ltd.
