in the matter of M/s. Home Trade Ltd.
Shri G.Anantharaman, Whole Time Member, SEBI vide order dated February 22, 2007 imposed a minor penalty of suspension of the Certificate of Registration of M/s. Prasiddhi Marketing & Share, member, Bangalore Stock Exchange Ltd. (BgSE), SEBI Registration No. INB 081117310, for a period of fifteen days in the matter of M/s. Home Trade Ltd.
The Certificate of Registration of M/s. Prasiddhi Marketing & Share will remain suspended from March 15, 2007 till March 29, 2007.
