Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, passed an order dated February 05, 2007 against M/s. Bharat Bhushan & Co., member of Delhi Stock Exchange (DSE) and M/s. Bharat Bhushan Equity Traders Ltd., member of National Stock Exchange (NSE) in the matter of Information Technologies (India) Limited, imposing a penalty of Censure against the brokers.
