Order against M/s. SVS Securities Pvt. Ltd. in the matter of

M/s. Mazda Fabrics and Processors Ltd.

Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, passed an order dated February 02, 2007 against M/s. SVS Securities Pvt. Ltd., member of the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. (BSE), National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (NSE), and OTCEI in the matter of M/s. Mazda Fabrics and Processors Ltd. imposing a minor penalty of suspension of certificate of Registration for a period of seven days.
 
The order shall come into effect on expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
