Orders against M/s. Pranav Securities Pvt. Ltd., M/s. Pranav Financial Services Ltd. and M/s. PFS Investments & Securities Pvt. Ltd. in the matter of M/s. Padmalaya Telefilms Ltd.

The certificates of registration of M/s. Pranav Securities Pvt. Ltd., Member, Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. (BSE) & National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (NSE) have been suspended for a period of four months for violating the provisions of SEBI (PFUTP) Regulations and the Broker Regulations while dealing in the scrip of M/s. Padmalaya Telefilms Ltd. The order has been passed by Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI on January 18, 2007 and shall come into force immediately after the expiry of 21 days from the date of this order.
 
Also, the group companies of the above mentioned broker, M/s. Pranav Financial Services Ltd. and M/s. PFS Investments & Securities Pvt. Ltd. have been restrained from accessing the securities market and from buying, selling and dealing in securities in any manner for a period of one year for violating provisions of (PFUTP) Regulations while dealing in the scrip of M/s. Padmalaya Telefilms Ltd. The order has been passed by Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI on January 18, 2007 and shall come into force with immediate effect.
