Order in the case of M/s. Roofit Industries Ltd.

Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order on January 09, 2007 in the case of M/s. Roofit Industries Ltd. restraining, eight entities viz. M/s. Akira Investments Pvt. Ltd., M/s. Habiscus Investments Pvt. Ltd., M/s. Onlooker Investments Pvt. Ltd., M/s. M'Belle International Pvt. Ltd., M/s. Alkan Projects Pvt. Ltd., M/s. Mayfair Realtors Pvt. Ltd., M/s. Mayfair Paper & Boards Pvt. Ltd. and M/s. Vynex Chemical Engineering (Bombay) Pvt. Ltd. from buying, selling and dealing or accessing the securities market in any manner for a period of six months from the date of the order.
 
The order shall come into force with immediate effect.
