Orders aqainst M/s. Kishore R.Ajmera, M/s.Ramanlal D.Shah and 

M/s. B.M.Gandhi Securities Pvt. Ltd. - Members of BSE Ltd.

The certificates of registration of three brokers M/s. Kishore R.Ajmera (Regn. No. INB 01013319), M/s. Ramanlal D.Shah (Regn. No. INB 01905326) and M/s. B.M.Gandhi Securities Pvt. Ltd. (Regn. No. INB 01984835), Members of Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. (BSE Ltd.) have been suspended for period of four months, six months and two months respectively. The brokers have been found guilty of violating the provisions of the Code of Conduct as specified in SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub Brokers) Regulations, 1992, while dealing in the. shares of M/s. Malvica Engineering Ltd.
 
The orders have been passed by Dr. T.C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI on December 27, 2006 and shall come into force after the expiry of 21 days from the date of orders.
