Registration of M/s. Keshav Fincon Ltd., Member of UPSE, suspended Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated September 28, 2006, suspending the certificate of registration of M/s. Keshav Fincon Ltd. (SEBI Registration No. INB100955434), member of the Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchange (UPSE) for a period of one month with effect from October 19, 2006.
M/s. Keshav Fincon Ltd. will not be entitled to carry on the business as a broker with effect from October 19, 2006 to November 18, 2006.
