Member of UPSE, suspended Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated September 15, 2006, suspending the certificate of registration of M/s. Sakshi Stocks and Shares Pvt. Ltd. (SEBI Reg. No. INB100858538), member of the Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchange for a period of fifteen days with effect from October 6, 2006.
M/s. Sakshi Stocks and Shares Pvt. Ltd., will not be entitled to carry on the business as a broker with effect from October 6, 2006 to October 20, 2006.
