Order against Mr. Pankaj A. Desai, Mr. Praful Anantrai Desai, Mr.Darshan Desai and M/s. Shagufta Investments Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Pankaj A. Desai, Mr. Praful Anantrai Desai, Mr. Darshan Desai and M/s. Shagufta Investments Pvt. Ltd., have been restrained from associating with any corporate body in accessing the securities market and prohibited from buying, selling or dealing in securities, directly or indirectly for a period of one year for violations of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade practices Relating to Securities Market), Regulations, 2003. 
 
The order has been passed by Shri Madhukar, Whole Time Member, SEBI on February 01, 2006 and shall come into force with immediate effect.
