Orders in the matter of M/s. Kwality Dairy (India) Limited

Shri Abhishek Khare, Shri Laxmanbhai Patel, Shri Chirag Pujara and Shri Sayyed Mustafa, have been restrained from accessing the securities market and prohibited from buying, selling or dealing in securities for a period of six months for violations of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade practices Relating to Securities Market), Regulations, 2003. The orders have been passed by Shri Madhukar, Whole Time Member, SEBI on January 13, 2006 and shall come into force with immediate effect.
