Order against M/s. Shilpa Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd., Member, BSE

Certificate of registration of M/s. Shilpa Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd., Member � BSE (Regn. No. INB 011057438) has been suspended for a period of one month. The broker has been found guilty of violating the provisions of SEBI Act, 1992, SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub Brokers) Rules, 1992, provisions of the Code of Conduct as specified in SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub Brokers) Regulations, 1992 and also SEBI circulars, while dealing in the shares of V.B. Desai Financial Services Ltd. 
 
The order has been passed by Shri Madhukar, Whole Time Member, SEBI on December 30, 2005 and shall come into force after the expiry of 21 days from the date of this order.
