Certificate of registration of M/s. Dagaliya Consultants Pvt. Ltd., suspended

Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide order dated September 29, 2005, in the matter of M/s. Home Trade Ltd., has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s. Dagaliya Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Regn. No.INB 081033533, Member, Bangalore Stock Exchange (BgSE) for a period of two months. The penalty is imposed for creation of false market in the scrip of M/s. Home Trade Ltd. and failure to exercise due care and diligence in dealing with the clients by M/s. Dagaliya Consultants Pvt. Ltd.
 
The certificate of registration of M/s. Dagaliya Consultants Pvt. Ltd. will be suspended from October 20, 2005 to December 19, 2005.
