Securities and Exchange Board of India has passed an order on August 08, 2005 warning M/s. Renaissance Securities Ltd., a stock broker of The Stock Exchange, Mumbai (BSE), to be careful in future.
 
The order has been passed pursuant to conclusion of investigations and subsequent enquiry in the matter of the dealing in the scrip of M/s. Birmingham Thermotech Ltd.
