Registration of Kodali Securities Pvt. Ltd., Member of HSE, cancelled

Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has passed an order dated October 28, 2004, canceling the certificate of registration granted to Kodali Securities Pvt. Ltd. (SEBI Reg. No. INB060830035), member of the Hyderabad Stock Exchange with effect from November 18, 2004. 
 
The order has been passed by SEBI against Kodali Securities Pvt. Ltd. for non-maintenance of books of accounts and non-production of the same before the inspecting authorities, non-cooperation with the inspecting authorities, furnishing of false and misleading information to SEBI to avoid inspection etc.
