Registration of Dinesh Kumar Kanoria,

Member, Calcutta Stock Exchange, suspended

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of Dinesh Kumar Kanoria, member of the Calcutta Stock Exchange for a period of one month vide order dated September 20, 2004. This order shall come into force on expiry of twenty one (21) days from the date of the order. 
 
The penalty is imposed for irregularities by the member while dealing in the scrip of M/s. M P Investment & Consultancy Services Ltd.
