warned to be more careful in future

Pursuant to investigations conducted in the matter of dealing in the scrip of M/s. Snowcem India Ltd., an enquiry officer was appointed to look into the possible violations of law by M/s. NVS Brokerage Pvt. Ltd., member of The Stock Exchange, Mumbai, bearing registration number INB010995139.
 
An order has been passed by Shri A.K.Batra, Whole Time Member, SEBI on September 21, 2004 under Regulation 13(4) of the SEBI (Procedure for Holding Enquiry by Enquiry Officer and Imposing Penalty Regulations, 2002, read with Section 11 of the SEBI Act 1992 warning the broker to be careful in future and exercise due care and diligence in the conduct of his affairs as a capital market intermediary.
