Order against Shri Bhavesh Dadhia and Shri Ramesh Dadhia 

in the matter of M/s. Synthiko Foils Ltd.

Shri Bhavesh Dadhia and Shri Ramesh Dadhia have been debarred from buying, selling or dealing in securities, for a period of eighteen months. The order was passed by Shri A.K.Batra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, on September 21, 2004 under Regulation 11 of SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices relating to Securities Market), Regulations, 2003 read with Section 11B of the SEBI Act, 1992, for price manipulation in the scrip. The order has come into force with immediate effect.
