Orissa Venture Capital Fund and 

TVS Venture Fund Trust, cancelled

The following Venture Capital Funds had informed SEBI that they are Closing / Winding up their Funds.


       1.   Indus Venture Capital Fund – 1, Mumbai 


       2.   Orissa Venture Capital Fund, New-Delhi 


       3.   TVS Venture Fund Trust, Chennai 

Accordingly, SEBI has cancelled their certificates of registration. These entities, therefore, cease to exist as SEBI registered Venture Capital Funds.
