Bangalore Stock Exchange, suspended

The certificate of registration of M/s. Sunil Investments, Member of Bangalore Stock Exchange, having SEBI Registration number, INB 081029119 has been suspended for a period of three (3) months. The order was passed by Shri A.K.Batra, Whole Time Member on August 19, 2004. This order shall come into force upon expiry of three weeks from the date of this order. The penalty has been imposed for various irregularities by M/s. Sunil Investments while dealing in the scrip of M/s. Prosoft Systems Ltd.
