M/s. Damyanti Finvest Pvt. Ltd., M/s. Rituja Finvest Pvt.Ltd., M/s. CDP Fincap Pvt.Ltd. and their Directors Shri Dinesh Doshi and Shri Anil D.Doshi prohibited from accessing the securities market and dealing in securities and warning issued to Shri Vinod Shah
 
In the matter of Kreb Biochemicals Ltd., M/s. Damyanti Finvest Pvt. Ltd., M/s. Rituja Finvest Pvt.Ltd., M/s. CDP Fincap Pvt.Ltd. and their Directors Shri Dinesh Doshi and Shri Anil D.Doshi have been restrained from associating with any corporate body in accessing the securities market and prohibited from buying, selling or dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, for a period of five years. Shri Vinod Shah has been warned to be careful in future and to act diligently while discharging his duties. 
 
The Order has been passed by Shri A K Batra, Whole Time Member, on July 06, 2004 under Section 11(4)(B) read with Section 11B Of Securities And Exchange Board Of India, Act, 1992, read with Regulation 4(a),(b),(c) and (d) Of SEBI (Prohibition Of Fraudulent And Unfair Trade Practices Relating To Securities Market) Regulations, 1995, read With Regulation 11 and 13 Of SEBI (Prohibition Of Fraudulent And Unfair Trade Practices Relating To Securities Market) Regulations, 2003. The Order shall come into effect on expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
