Order against Shri S.K.Jain, Member, Calcutta Stock Exchange

The Securities and Exchange Board of India had vide its order dated April 03, 2003 restrained Shri S.K.Jain (SEBI Regn. No.INB030951610), Member of Calcutta Stock Exchange from accessing the securities market and prohibited him from buying, selling or dealing in securities, till further orders.
 
SEBI has vide order dated May 05, 2004 passed confirmatory order confirming the above prohibition under Section 11 of the SEBI Act, 1992.
