Suspension of certificate of registration of M/s. Shree Harivansha Securities Pvt. Ltd.,

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s. Shree Harivansha Securities Pvt. Ltd., SEBI Reg. No. INB 030757231, member of Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE) for a period of six months. The penalty is imposed for their indulgence in off-market transactions and fund based activities.
 
M/s. Shree Harivansha Securities Pvt. Ltd., member of CSE will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from April 2, 2004 till October 1, 2004.
