Suspension of certificate of registration of M/s Vikash Somani Securities P Ltd., Member of CSE

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s. Vikash Somani Securities P. Ltd., SEBI Reg. No. INB 030878935, member of CSE for a period of six months. The penalty is imposed for their indulgence in off-market transactions and fund based activities.
 
M/s Vikash Somani Securities P. Ltd., member of CSE will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from March 24, 2004 till September 23, 2004.
