Restrained M/s. Indian Finance Guaranty Ltd. Member of National Stock Exchange and OTC Exchange of India

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has vide its order dated October 29, 2002 restrained M/s. Indian Finance Guaranty Ltd. (SEBI Regn. No. INB230880637 and INB200591231), member of National Stock Exchange and OTC Exchange of India from accessing the securities market and prohibited him from buying, selling or dealing in securities, till further orders. 

SEBI has vide order dated January 16, 2004 passed confirmatory order confirming the above prohibition under section 11 read with Section 11B of the SEBI Act, 1992.
