Order against Sriven Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. and Rajshree Fiscal Services Ltd.

Member, Shri A K Batra, SEBI has passed two (2) Orders nos. MO/47/IVD/1/04 and MO/48/IVD/1/04 dated 13.01.2004, against M/s. Sriven Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. and M/s. Rajshree Fiscal Services Ltd. respectively in the matter of public issue of Saatal Katha and Chemicals Ltd. Vide the aforesaid Order, Member has in exercise of the powers conferred on him by virtue of Section 19 read with Section 11(4)(b) and Section 11B of SEBI Act directed that M/s. Sriven Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. and M/s. Rajshree Fiscal Services Ltd. be restrained from accessing the securities market and prohibited from buying, selling or dealing in securities for a period of three years from the date of the Order which shall come into force with immediate effect.
