The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s Nagarmull Kejriwal, SEBI Reg. No. INB 030041111, member of CSE for a period of four months. The penalty is imposed for dealing in off-market transactions.

M/s Nagarmull Kejriwal, member of CSE will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from November 10, 2003 till March 9, 2004.
