Suspension of certificate of registration of M/s Enrich Finance & Securities Ltd., member of NSE

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s Enrich Finance & Securities Ltd., member of National Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB230813732) for a period of six months. The penalty is imposed for non-segregation of client’s funds and own funds, non-payment of SEBI fees, not maintaining Order book and Margin Deposit book, delay in making payments and delivery of securities to clients, irregularities in issuance of contract notes, non-collection of margins from the clients and indulging in off-the-market transactions. 

M/s Enrich Finance & Securities Ltd., member of National Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from June 09, 2003 till December 08, 2003.
