Sub: Suspension of the certificate of registration of M/s Agbros Securities Pvt. Ltd., member of Calcutta Stock Exchange

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s Agbros Securities Pvt. Ltd., member of Calcutta Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB 031017534) for a period of nine months. The penalty is imposed for not maintaining order book, not maintaining proper Document register, delay in transfer of securities of clients from the pool account to the clients account, not maintaining proper segregation between clients’ and own funds and submitting misleading information to SEBI 

M/s Agbros Securities Pvt. Ltd., member of Calcutta Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from May 14, 2003 till February 13, 2004.
