Sub: Suspension of certificate of registration of M/s N.P.C. Share Brokers Pvt. Ltd., member of Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchange

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s N.P.C. Share Brokers Pvt. Ltd., member of Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB10100233) for a period of four months. The penalty is imposed for dealing as unregistered sub broker, delay in payments to clients, delay in delivery of securities to clients, irregularities in issuance of contract notes, non-maintenance of Client registration and agreement forms, not reporting off-the-floor transactions and indulging in unauthorized carry forward transactions. 

M/s N.P.C. Share Brokers Pvt. Ltd., member of Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from May 16, 2003 till September 15, 2003.
