Sub: Suspension of certificate of registration of M/s Samkit Share & Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd., member of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s Samkit Share & Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd., member of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB021050332) for a period of six months. The penalty is imposed for delay in deliveries of securities from the Pool account to beneficiaries account, not segregation of clients account and own account and deposit of clients fund into general account, indulging in off-the-market transactions/cross deals and dealing with un-registered sub broker.

M/s Samkit Share & Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd., member of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from May 01, 2003 till October 31, 2003.
