PRESS RELEASE

Chairman, SEBI vide order dated April 03, 2003 suspended the certificate of registration of M/s Jaysukhlal Jagjivan Stock Broking Pvt. Ltd. (JSBL), Member, The Stock Exchange, Mumbai, for a period of one month for Violations committed while dealing in the shares of Videocon Internationals Limited and the order for suspension shall come into effect from April 28, 2003.
