SUSPENSION OF REGISTRATION

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s A. Jain & Co. Pvt. Ltd.., member of Delhi Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB050986932) for a period of six months. The penalty is imposed for irregularities in maintenance of contract notes, non-segregation of clients’ account from his own account, undertaking transactions on BSE, NSE and CSE without being registered as a sub broker, failure to report off-the-floor transactions to DSE and failure to maintain proper stock register. 

M/s A. Jain & Co. Pvt. Ltd.., member of Delhi Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from March 13, 2003 till September 12, 2003.
