PRESS RELEASE

Chairman, SEBI has passed an order dated 27/02/03 against DSQ Holdings Ltd. in the matter of DSQ Biotech Ltd. DSQ Holdings Ltd. being a Promoter group company of DSQ Biotech Ltd. has been found guilty of Insider Trading in the scrip of DSQ Biotech Ltd. prior to its rights issue. Vide the aforesaid Order, Chairman has in exercise of the powers conferred on him under Section 4(3) of the SEBI Act, 1992 read with the provision of Regulation 9 (2) and Reg. 11(a) of SEBI (Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, read along with the provisions of Section 11 of the SEBI Act 1992 debarred M/s DSQ Holdings Ltd. not to deal in securities in any manner whatsoever for a period of 5 years with immediate effect. 

Further, the case is also examined from the Prosecution angle against DSQ Holdings Ltd. and its directors for violation of SEBI (Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
