PRESS RELEASE

SEBI vide its Orders dated January 28, 2003, has debarred M/s. Ocean Agro Farms Ltd (formerly Known as Endowment Investments India Ltd.), Chandigarh & M/s BVR Plantations Pvt Ltd, New Delhi and the concerned officials of the said entities from operating and / or from accessing the capital market for a period of 5 years from the date of the Orders. These entities have, interalia, failed to comply with the earlier Orders of SEBI directing them to refund the money collected under the collective investment scheme(s) with returns due to the investors as per the terms of the offer within a period of one month from the date of the said Orders.
