Warning to M/s BHH Securities Ltd., member of Bombay Stock Exchange

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has warned M/s BHH Securities Ltd., member of Bombay Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB010998234) for irregularities in issuance of contract notes, not maintaining proper document register, delay in deliveries of securities to the clients, not maintaining strict segregation of own account and clients' account, not maintaining proper client registration forms and dealing with unregistered sub brokers
