Cancellation of Certificate of Registration of Brokers

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has cancelled the registrations of Shri V. K. Singh, member of Magadh Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB150528412). The registration has been cancelled in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules & Regulations, 1992. 
 
The said broker was declared defaulter by the Stock Exchange and ceased to be member of the Exchange, thereby failed to fulfill the pre-requisite condition of registration as broker with SEBI.
