Suspension of Certificate of Registration of Broker

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended Shri Govind Kishore Rathi (Trade Name: M/s Govind Bros.), member of Hyderabad Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB 060460623 ) for period of six months. The penalty is imposed for dealing as un-registered sub broker, not maintaining Margin Deposit Book, delay in delivering securities to clients, non-maintenance of Client Database and not issuing contract notes.
 
Shri Govind Kishore Rathi (Trade Name: M/s Govind Bros.), member of Hyderabad Stock will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from January 06, 2003 till July 05, 2003.
