Warning to Broker

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has warned Shri Mukesh Sawhney, member of Delhi Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No INB050091214) for non-maintenance of document register, irregularities in issuance of contract notes, non-maintenance of separate client account, non-segregation of clients accounts with own accounts, not reporting off-the-floor transactions to the Stock Exchange and non-redressal of investor complaint. 

The warning has been served in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules & Regulations, 1992.
