Sub: Action in respect of companies not complying with the listing agreement and not physically traceable at the registered office address mentioned in the offer document.
Pursuant to reports of non-compliance with the legal and statutory requirements subsequent to the public issues, after due process, vide order date as mentioned against their names, SEBI has debarred the following 7 directors who are promoters/directors of the companies stated against their names.
With these orders the number of persons who are promoters/directors against whom the above action has been taken by SEBI has gone up to 342. Further out of 342 directors, 11 B orders issued against 7 directors earlier have been revoked after examination of the cases.
